Tod s Black Chelsea Ankle Boots are super versatile in basic black and chicly unique with their laser-cut detailing! These cool leather booties pull on and have elastic panels on the sides. The black rubber lug soles measure an inch and a quarter high under the heels, while the inners are leather. Coming with a box, dustbag, and  booklet, they have some wear on the soles, light scuffing at the toes, and stress marks on the leather.
